About the Role:
In this critical position at Fetch, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our user experience by identifying and preventing fraudulent activity. As a Fraud Prevention Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing data and behavior to detect suspicious activity and taking action to mitigate revenue loss and prevent future fraud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily reviews of user accounts and actions to identify potential fraudulent behavior
- Analyze data and behavior to identify patterns and trends indicative of fraudulent activity
- Develop and implement new methods to catch fraud activity early and improve existing processes
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure a seamless user experience and escalate issues as needed
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations to support team and department goals
Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
