Business Development Manager for Credit and Risk Solutions

S&P Global is a leading provider of critical information, analytics, and expertise to companies across various industries. As a Business Development Manager for Credit and Risk Solutions in the Americas, you will play a vital role in driving growth and expansion in the region.
Job DescriptionThis is a dynamic position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our Credit and Risk Solutions suite to existing and new clients in the Latin America Region. Your goal will be to achieve individual growth goals and quotas by renewing and growing existing relationships, selling to new clients, and achieving renewal rates for existing contracts.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, mentor junior sales specialists, and build strong connections with other stakeholders in the region. Additionally, you will serve as an internal ambassador for Credit and Risk Solutions, promoting our solutions across business units and divisions, and driving referrals and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Meet individual growth goals and quotas through renewal and growth of existing Credit Solutions (CS) and Credit Analytics (CA) relationships.
- Sell CS and CA to white space clients within the C&RS suite.
- Achieve renewal rate goals for the existing book.
- Develop and execute on a book of business/territory strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Mentor junior C&RS sales specialists in the region.
- Buid strong connections with other C&RS stakeholders in the region.
- Be an internal ambassador in the region for C&RS across business units and divisions.
- Drive and track cross-business unit, cross-divisional, and synergy referrals and campaigns in the region.
- Build relationships with local regulatory bodies to understand the regulatory landscape and how our Credit and Risk Solutions can meet regulatory needs in the region.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
