We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our On Premise Guadalajara team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative initiatives and activities that leverage Brown-Forman's Ready to Drink brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a weekly work plan, including the visit plan uploaded to the Salesforce platform.
- Identify and prospect target accounts for Ready To Drink's.
- Develop the negotiation strategy to win over key accounts and categorize the Ready To Drinks.
- Ensure appropriate distribution and prominence of the Brown-Forman Mexico brands in key Ready To Drink venues.
- Maintain a close business relationship with key players in each account, including owners, partners, crews, bartenders, etc.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Communication, PR, and related.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position or/in roles related to the commercial or marketing field, with a track record of establishing and maintaining strategic relationships.
- Familiarity with market analysis platforms such as Nielsen, ISCAM, and others.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly initiative-driven.
- Strong organizational abilities with a talent for effective time and resource management.
