Sales Representative On Premise Puerto Vallarta

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our On Premise sales team in Puerto Vallarta. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share for our premium brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute weekly work plans, including visit plans, to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Identify and prospect target accounts for Brown-Forman, developing negotiation strategies to conquer them.
- Detect areas of opportunity in the channel and open new relevant accounts for our brands.
- Maintain close business relationships with key players at each account, including owners, partners, crews, and bartenders.
- Follow up on agreements established with accounts and ensure proper execution.
- Introduce key members of the Brown-Forman Mexico team to further develop partnerships and expand business opportunities.
- Catalog and ensure the availability of focus brands, guaranteeing their visibility and implementing experiences and/or brand activities to encourage testing and repurchase.
- Train staff, account owners, and consumers through tastings, presentations, and other activities.
- Execute, manage, and evaluate incentive plans for staff and account owners.
- Ensure the correct implementation of pricing strategies for our brands in each account.
- Plan and control the company's budget and resources effectively.
- Monitor and report on own activities and competition, as well as administrative activities of the channel.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Communication, PR, or related field.
- Previous Experience: 1-2 years in a similar position or related to the commercial and/or marketing area, with experience in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Software or special programs: Office package (Excel, Word, PPT) high level, web platforms, Mac (Ipad) etc.
- Knowledge of market analysis platforms, such as Nielsen and ISCAM.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize, with a proactive, self-motivated, and high initiative approach.
- Organized, with capacity for planning and effective management of time and resources.
