About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled GCS Portal Support Specialist to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Internal Control team, you will be responsible for delivering the GCS Portal agenda for Europe & LATAM, ensuring timely support to both sectors to deliver the control reporting agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage GCS Portal system functionalities and user support, including Internal Control responsibilities
  • Lead GCS Portal supplier management activities
  • Provide outstanding user support leveraging Tableau and data analytics
  • Actively participate in delivering IPEX agenda
  • Monitor testing results entry status
  • Troubleshoot and timely resolve technical issues
  • Constantly monitor tool effectiveness and seek system improvements to boost efficiency of control reporting activities
  • Build GCS capability in the organization and provide trainings to large audiences across PepsiCo's control organization
  • Drive standardization by harmonizing controls and ways of working
  • Support and lead advisory activities with full deployment of GCS portal in the markets
  • Lead GCS Portal governance and align stakeholders on changes in strategy and goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountant, Administrator Finance or Similar
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, internal control, public accounting
  • Understanding of testing and financial/operations controls and auditing standards
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
