Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Wallenius Wilhelmsen. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing benefits administration, supporting recruitment and talent acquisition, and overseeing new employee orientation and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage benefits administration and reporting, communicating benefits information to employees
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Oversee new employee orientation and training, including onboarding, sexual harassment prevention, and career exploration
- Guide managers and employees in career development and growth opportunities
Requirements:
- A solid understanding of employee investigations and conflict resolution
- Three to five years of HR experience, or seven years of experience in a related field
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- System savvy, with the ability to quickly learn HR systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HRIS, iCIMS, and Payroll systems, including Kronos
