About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Video Sales Specialist to lead conversations focused on Twitch while speaking holistically to Amazon's video solutions for advertisers. This role will specifically lead conversations focused on Twitch while speaking holistically to Amazon's video solutions for advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering the Highest Level of Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional sales and customer service to our clients, ensuring their video investments fit into their overall marketing strategy with Amazon.
- Scaling Video GTM Strategies: Develop and implement bespoke industry strategies within verticals, scaling video GTM strategies across our sales team.
- Developing Industry Strategies: Partner with Sales and Vertical Marketing to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads unique offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes.
- Representing Amazon Ads: Represent Amazon Ads externally at industry and client events, promoting our innovative ad solutions.
- Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with Account Teams, Agency Development Managers (ADMs), Go-to-Market (GTM) specialists, and Amazon Advertising Customers.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 7+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of delivering high levels of sales and customer service.
- Experience Negotiating Video Upfronts: Demonstrated ability to negotiate video upfronts at agency and brand level.
- STV/TV Measurement Proficiency: Strong understanding of STV/TV measurement and its application in digital advertising.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to operate autonomously, defining and delivering priorities amidst ambiguity.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex topics to both internal and external stakeholders.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Bonus structure based on performance.
