At Cognizant, we're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining demand forecasting models for services and resources within Takeda organization.

You will work closely with various stakeholders in the business to understand needs, prioritize, align demand with available resources, optimize utilization of services and resources, and orchestrate with global Platform and Service Owners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skillset, ability to interpret data and trends, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
