Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
">We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Bayer in Mexico City. As a key member of our Consumer Health division, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing innovative sales strategies.
About the Role:
">This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a high level of analytical skills, exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, and expertise in Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will have experience in managing high-level presentations and negotiations with buyers and directors of key customers.
Key Accountabilities:

- Develop and execute annual business plans for key clients to achieve revenue targets;">
- Coordinate and support the Operations Field Force manager and their team to ensure effective plan execution;">
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and good quality of credit & collections KPIs;">
- Develop innovative sales proposals to consolidate Bayer's leadership among key clients;">
- Coordinate and prepare director-level meetings between Bayer and main clients;">
Requirements:

- Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;">

What We Offer:
