**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Contact Center, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, performance monitoring, and reporting. Your expertise will be crucial in training and knowledge management, as well as improving our communication processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer experiences through proactive issue resolution and timely escalation management.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance agent knowledge and skills.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
