Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Happiness Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our products and services.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide follow-up calls to customers to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in English (professional level) and Spanish (preferred).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Intermediate skills in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).
