Global Freight Sales Specialist

Cargobase is a leading logistics SaaS company that has established itself in the market by serving Fortune 500 and 1000 companies across various industries. We are currently seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our Mexico-based sales team.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to develop in-depth knowledge of our value proposition for suppliers and customers. The ideal candidate will conduct industry-specific research, collaborate with the sales team to develop an effective prospecting strategy, and conduct high-volume prospecting to generate qualified leads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Cargobase's value proposition for suppliers and customers
- Conduct industry-specific research and collaborate with the sales team to develop an effective prospecting strategy
- Conduct high-volume prospecting to generate qualified leads
- Set up appointments for high-quality leads with the appropriate sales team member
- Leverage tools such as Hubspot to track and optimize performance and conversion rates, reporting the same to the sales team and management
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in Sales and/or Prospecting
- Strong familiarity with CRM and Sales & Marketing tools such as Hubspot
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn as a leads database
- Track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Startup experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be tech-savvy
- Great teams skills
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial can-do environment
What We Offer:
