At Amazon, we are seeking a skilled Global Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our global marketplaces and identifying opportunities to grow the Seller's business worldwide.
This role will involve marketing Amazon's global marketplaces and targeting sellers of all sizes to drive sales growth. The Global Sales Growth Specialist will be the primary point of contact for sellers located in Vietnam, responsible for locating, targeting, marketing to, and managing a pipeline of prospective Sellers. This includes cultivating relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts, as well as internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
As a key member of our team, the Global Sales Growth Specialist will play a critical role in providing marketing services to support the Amazon global marketplaces in meeting its account acquisition and output goals. This includes identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers, developing compelling Amazon solutions that meet customer requirements, and working closely with other Amazon product teams and category managers to provide support in scaling our global outreach.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management, preferably in the eCommerce, B2B sales, online services, or retail industries. They will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be highly analytical with a data-driven mindset, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we also offer opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and onboard new Sellers and assist Sellers to drive sales generated from selling on Amazon to meet individual and team targets.
- Identify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of prospective Sellers.
- Engage with prospective Sellers to understand their needs and gauge fit with the Amazon Services product set.
- Cultivate their interest to sell on Amazon.
**Requirements:**
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- 3+ years of successful sales or account management experience, preferably in the eCommerce, B2B sales, online services, or retail industries.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experienced in working with international/cross-cultural teams.
- Experienced in working with Small Medium Businesses segment OR Large national brands.
- Acquainted with online business, having global e-commerce or marketplace experience and product sourcing is a plus.
