**Sales Development Representative - Business Growth Expert**
**About the Role:**
As a Sales Development Representative - Business Growth Expert, you will prospect for new sales opportunities, develop a pipeline, and close opportunities or may not execute renewal contracts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pass them to an appropriate resource.
- Hit or exceed your monthly and annual targets and maintain consistently strong performance at 100% of your YTD goals.
- Hit or exceed your daily contact targets and activity metrics.
- Actively engage in the coaching process, partnering well with managers and individuals on your teams to share ideas and learn from each other.
**About You:**
You're a fit for the role if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of B2B work experience in prospecting, sales, lead generation, or preferred experience in software/SaaS market.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills (personable and professional).
- Motivated self-driven solution-oriented individual.
- Ability to handle and overcome objections with confidence.
- Agile learners - Ability to learn new skills and build business acumen.
- Commitment to a schedule that coincides with the customer's workday.
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate software programs, including CRM systems and tools (Microsoft Suite).
**Compensation:**
Base salary and a variable compensation that is directly related to your success.
