The Country HR Officer (CHRO) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic direction of Citi's human resources in a country or complex business unit. This involves managing multiple teams of senior professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving business objectives through effective people management. As a trusted advisor, the CHRO must possess a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, industry trends, and organizational dynamics.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Develops and executes comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Citi's global agenda, driving business growth through talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
Leads the HR function in delivering high-quality HR advice, services, and processes, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery of HR governance.
Contributes to strategic planning and decision-making at the top executive level, ensuring the organization's human resource strategy is fully aligned with other business strategies.
**Requirements:**
15+ years of experience, including 10+ years' managerial experience
Solid understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks related to employment matters
Bachelors/University degree, Master's degree preferred; managerial experience
