Global Partnerships Development Manager

We're seeking a skilled Partnerships Development Manager to drive growth and success in the French Market. This role involves managing partner relationships, providing technical training, and promoting product adoption across partner client portfolios.

The Role- Partner Support & Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary contact for partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, technical issue resolution, and effective product usage.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships through consistent communication and personalized support.
- Revenue Growth:
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities to align solutions with client goals and business needs.
- Monitor and report growth metrics to ensure success within the partner ecosystem.
- Technical Training & Enablement:
- Design and deliver impactful technical training sessions, equipping partners with the tools and knowledge to maximize product adoption.
- Share partner feedback with internal teams to improve products, processes, and overall experience.
- Hunter mentality, hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales/B2B at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.
- Good communicator and empathizer.
- Proactive and innovative thinker.
- 1-2 years of experience in partner management, customer support, technical training, or a similar role.
- Experience in SaaS, HR software, or payroll solutions is a plus.
- High-growth, multicultural, and friendly work environment.
