Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Uber Freight. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and close new business opportunities with existing and potential customers, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Prospect new customers and identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and pricing experts, to deliver value proposals and solutions to customers
  • Represent Uber Freight in a professional manner, building trust and credibility with customers, both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics positions, preferably with a focus on sales and account management
  • Strong understanding of logistics industry trends, challenges, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive a car and commute to customer meetings and events
  • Written and oral proficiency in English (required) and Spanish (desired)

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
