Strategic Program Manager for Customer Success in México

Belcan seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead customer-facing projects in México. As a subcontracted advisor, you will deploy to customers and/or suppliers to support strategic manufacturing and supply chain leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple projects to ensure alignment with business goals
- Develop and implement program budgets and schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Manage customer expectations and ensure effective program management processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Business
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- PMP certification preferred
- 10+ years of experience in program management, including leading multiple projects and teams
