Strategic Growth Manager

At Michelin, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, account management, and opportunity management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, gathering information to understand their needs and requirements, and overseeing the monitoring of relationships to ensure lessons are learned and feedback is provided.
  • Opportunity Management: Develop sales action plans to target leads, convert them into sales, and manage your territory by allocating time and resources. Gather and disseminate competitor market intelligence, maintain and update customer target lists, and participate in strategic lead generation and development of target markets.
  • Product, Service & Industry Knowledge: Pitch our organization against competition in generic terms, identify related industries that may impact our industry, match product knowledge to customer needs, and troubleshoot product-related problems.
  • Negotiating: Reach mutually acceptable solutions in straightforward, formal negotiations with internal or external stakeholders.
  • Customer Value Management: Develop and execute channel and customer promotions/programs that leverage national brand ideas/thinking and consumer insights to drive increased consumer preference and customer activity.
