Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our team at Bluequo. This role requires a professional with strong leadership skills, capable of handling high-demand clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and providing strategic guidance.
- Briefing & Coordination: Analyze client briefs, prepare clear and actionable briefs for the creative team, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
- Project Oversight: Work closely with the Project Manager to develop and implement strategic campaigns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client needs and suggesting additional services.
- Pressure Management: Effectively manage high-pressure situations, negotiate with clients, and provide realistic timelines for deliverables.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate with teams across digital communication, influencer marketing, and content creation to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
- Strategic Insight: Keep up-to-date with market trends and the competitive landscape to make proactive recommendations that enhance client campaigns.
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Studies in Marketing, Communication, and related fields
- Private health insurance (after specified time by the company)
- Flexible work (hybrid - 1 office day per week)
