Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Wallenius Wilhelmsen. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective employee relations through the uniform and equitable application of organization policies, procedures, and employment law.
Key Responsibilities- Provide extensive shop floor coverage to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Advise supervisors and managers on methods and approaches to resolve employee work problems, ensuring a fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, maintaining confidentiality and objectivity throughout the process.
- Oversight of human resources administrative functions, including benefits administration and payroll management.
- Recruitment and talent management, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent within the organization.
- Facilitate employee meetings and training sessions, promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a human resources-related field.
- Minimum of two years human resources experience in one or more of the following areas: employment, benefits, employee relations, training and development, EEOC, OSHA, or FMLA regulations.
- Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Windows, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Advance English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
