En Melise Co, estamos buscando a un especialista en soporte al cliente con experiencia en roles técnicos. Su función será trabajar en un equipo de representantes para gestionar la experiencia del cliente a través de un centro de llamadas.

Para este puesto, se requiere:

  • 5+ años de experiencia en un rol de soporte al cliente o técnico
  • Grado en ingeniería (una ventaja)
  • Experiencia en el campo dental (laboratorio, escuela dental, consultorio dental)
  • Familiaridad con ZenDesk/ERP
  • Habilidades de comunicación excelentes
  • Experiencia con impresión 3D o flujo dental (una ventaja)
  • Habilidades de comunicación y computadoras
  • Atención al detalle
  • Portugués (una ventaja)
  • Visa USA deseable
