In this position, you will be an integral part of the Global Accounts Team, tasked with assisting key clients in Latin America to maximize their subscription benefits. Your role will involve understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success Associate, your responsibilities will include:
Facilitating the retention and renewal processes for all assigned accounts, ensuring proactive management and timely fulfillment of contractual commitments. Gaining insights into customer needs and offering solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Providing expert support to address challenges and elevate the customer experience. Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to drive revenue growth and client expansion. Collaborating closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure cohesive communication and alignment. Leading initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Gathering feedback and insights to guide product development and improvement initiatives. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to customer success, including churn rates, net promoter scores (NPS), and overall customer satisfaction.Ideal Candidate Profile:
You are well-suited for this role if you possess:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success management, sales, or account management. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience engaging with C-level executives. Proficiency in account management and contract negotiations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to cultivate strong relationships and build trust with clients. A proven history of meeting and exceeding performance targets. Fluency in English and Spanish.Additional Information:
