About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager for Enterprise Security Solutions. You will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and closing new business to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Developing an intimate understanding of Verkada's products and their place in the industry
  • Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting for new customers, hosting online demos, creating proposals, and closing deals
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
  • Collaborating with Customer Success to ensure smooth launches and fuel future product growth
  • Providing market/client feedback to Verkada's product/engineering team

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10+ years of quota-exceeding experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector
  • A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and adding net new logos in an enterprise software role
  • Hunter mentality with solid sales DNA and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BS/BA degree strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
