About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at DiDi Global Inc. as a key member of our commercial leadership team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, building partnerships with local food industry players, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Business Developers to deliver exceptional performance results and customer service above expectations.
  • Enable Business Developers to achieve the highest standards in terms of execution.
  • Develop and maintain great business relationships with customers.
  • Generate a deep business understanding to get insights and transform them into actionable plans.
  • Ensure the perfect execution of commercial plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • 5+ years of experience in the commercial area with solid experience in account management and/or consultative selling.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing sales teams.
  • Results and performance driven.
  • Strategic and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
