Thomson Reuters Seeks Senior Sales Executive

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Sales Development and Support Team in Mexico serving the US market. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring team members effectively identify and qualify leads, handle tasks for the sales team, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Senior Sales Development Representatives and Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence in the US market.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and mentorship to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategy with broader company objectives.
  • Create and maintain a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage team performance.
  • Provide detailed analysis to inform management decisions.
  • Develop training programs to ensure team members have necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with HR to recruit a high-caliber team and ensure full staffing.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the team is on board to support marketing and sales efforts.

About You

You're a fit for this role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within a fast-paced tech or B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Knowledge of the US market and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
