Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in assigned territories.


About Oracle: Oracle Corporation is a multinational technology company that specializes in developing and marketing enterprise software products, including database management systems, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise resource planning software.


Responsibilities:



  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within assigned territories.
  • Territory Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, as well as identify and develop new sales opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business plans and goals, aligned with company objectives.
  • Performance Measurement: Regularly review and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Salary: Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
