Executive Sales Director

Catenon, a global leader in headhunting services, is seeking an experienced Executive Sales Director to join our Mexico Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing business and clients, working in a diverse and multinational environment.

  • Generate profitable sales and reach yearly individual billing objectives by developing a targeted strategy nationally and internationally.
  • Supervise the selection process execution handled by our Recruitment Consultants and work hand in hand with them to understand client needs.
  • Advise on best strategies to find top talent and decide on delivery for clients according to Catenon's methodology and quality standards.
  • Attach to workflow and develop each step related to sales management modalities (CRM completion, reliable information for KPI management).
  • Provide individual reporting and regular status updates to the Catenon Corporate team.
  • Train new team members on Catenon's methodology, sales & sourcing strategies.
  • Assume high responsibility for your own client portfolio, consisting of diverse accounts from your preferred sector.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of Business Development experience, ideally in the recruitment/headhunting sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • A fluent level of Spanish and English, as we have a global focus.
  • Experience developing and negotiating contracts with clients, with a high level of customer service.
  • A clear vision for the future, being able to generate your own action plan on market development.
  • An optimistic and proactive mindset, always looking for alternative solutions and proposing new actions to develop your market and your clients.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating, and collaborating.
  • Be very self-directed and able to plan your own time, being used to working to targets and deadlines.
