Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at KONE. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to customers through proactive communication and timely resolution of issues
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure equipment is functioning properly and identify potential risks
- Manage site environment during service operations to ensure safety and efficiency
- Identify and report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisor
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to equipment as needed
- Collaborate with supervisor to plan and prioritize workload
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of products, methods, and safety procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or customer service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment as needed
