**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for determining carrier ETA's for pickup and delivery, flagging any potentially late arrivals to carrier and customer sales reps, and entering valuable information into the system according to standard operating procedures. You will also resolve and troubleshoot any issues arising during the life cycle of a shipment, analyze customer inquiries, make informed decisions, and provide quality and timely updates to the customer(s) as needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Determine carrier ETA's for pickup and delivery, flagging any potentially late arrivals to carrier and customer sales reps
- Enter valuable information into the system according to standard operating procedures (dispatching - loaded & empty verification - in-transit updates)
- Resolve and troubleshoot for any issues arising during the life cycle of a shipment
- Analyze customer inquiries, make informed decisions, and provide quality and timely updates to the customer(s) as needed

**What to Expect**
After applying, you will be scheduled for a **zoom interview** to assess your professional background and find a position that suits you. If selected, you will be asked to complete an **English test and a behavioral assessment**. Once you have completed these assessments, you will be scheduled for an **interview with one of our clients**. Finally, if selected, you will receive an **offer letter** and be invited to join our team.
