Global Business Strategist for LATAM Markets

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Managing Director to lead our LATAM markets into their next era of growth. With full P&L responsibility, you will define the strategy to sustainably increase market share and leverage the full potential across our product categories.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver market sales (volume and revenue) and profit targets, focusing on new product developments.
- Develop and deliver sales strategies for the market business, driving commercial goals and objectives.
- Attract attention to Dyson and its brand values.
- Maximise brand recognition, shopper, and consumer understanding through first-class activations.
- Ensure Dyson is presented as a technology icon in retail, facilitating demonstration of its technology to address consumer needs.
- Maximise the impact of NPD roll-out across the markets.
- Take the fight for product leadership to competitors, exploiting technological advantages.
- Monitor competitor activity, report, and develop counteractive measures.
- Collaborate with the wider Americas team to identify trends and develop strategies to outperform competition.
- Establish strongest possible commercial relationships with key customers.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Americas team to build networks with sales, marketing, and direct business experts.
- Oversee customer negotiations in-line with Americas trade pricing & trade terms policies.
- Develop and execute multi-channel strategies.
- Act as a country SME and leader, partnering with Regional Vice Presidents.
- Provide strong LATAM leadership capability to maximise team potential.
- Partner with Regional Vice Presidents of Marketing, eCommerce, and B2B on the LATAM overall strategy in alignment with the regional strategy.
- Be the LATAM Markets expert, consulting the business when needed.
- Support people development, reward, and resourcing.
About You:
You'll be an experienced Director, preferably with clear LATAM commercial and international experience, and a proven track record of results across minimum two senior rotations. Proven P&L track record, high-level financial acumen, including local regulations understanding, Account Management, Retail Sales, influencing support functions and teams, navigating different operating models, and matrix environments.

- Being a role model – open-minded, inspiring openness, with integrity, honesty, and respect.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure includes the base salary plus additional benefits.
