As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring high-value and transactional accounts, building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, and developing a sales pipeline mix to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and recruit high-potential merchants to sell on Amazon.
  2. Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets.
  3. Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within executive teams of prospective accounts.
  4. Provide business insights, training, and advice to optimize merchant success on Amazon.
  5. Post-acquisition, build success cases with accounts by identifying business opportunities and executing a growth strategy.
  6. Work closely with merchants to educate them about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience.
  7. Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance.
  8. Track business development results, analyze, and interpret reports to inform portfolio management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  4. Pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data links.
  6. 2+ years of sales, marketing, consulting, engineering, or digital advertising experience.
