Sales Performance Expert

We are seeking a Sales Performance Expert to join our team in Tijuana. This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive sales growth and enhance product rotation at point of sale.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze market dynamics and customer needs to develop actionable plans that maximize sales.
- Collaborate with customers to align and negotiate commercial plans across Convenience, Distributors, and Modern Trade.
- Ensure flawless execution at the point of sale (POS) in your assigned territory, adhering to the commercial plan and established procedures (KWOW).
- Provide valuable insights on category performance and shopper behavior, helping us enhance our strategies.
- +2 years of business experience within CPG Companies (Desirable).
- Specific Experience Managing: Field sales and Third party merchandising.
- Knowledge required on: Local market dynamics, Modern Trade key customers, Proximity Channel & HFS (Distributors) and Key customers across geographies. (Desirable).
- Proven skills required: Negotiation and operational Discipline.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits offer you the support you need through your life events, big or small.
