About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Daily Routing Office as the Daily Routing Director. This role will be responsible for enabling accelerated volume growth and cost-to-serve optimization through daily dispatch, supporting LATAM, PFNA & PBNA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Daily Routing Office to drive efficiency and effectiveness in daily dispatch operations.
  • Collaborate with senior sector GTM/Supply Chain functional management to understand delivery strategies and provide guidance on shared services of dispatched routing.
  • Communicate and align with senior GTM/Supply Chain functional management on strategic direction and overall direction of Dispatch Office.
  • Ensure sales and supply organizations stay connected with business by driving clear and frequent communications with key stakeholders, design leads, and senior business leaders.
  • Lead and build a culture of continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and productivity internally and through the outputs of the GTM CoE dispatch team.
  • Plan and integrate all delivery capabilities of eGTM and Omnichannel through dispatch services.
  • Provide carbon footprint impacts of daily routing.

People Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a large team.
  • Proactively identify key talent within Dispatch Office and develop programs to ensure optimization of their development aligned with full GTM CoE people plan.
  • Operate within a complex organization matrix: Hub Leader/Ecosystem, multiple key stakeholders in Business, Customer Teams, Supply Chain, and Global Commercial GBS Leads.
  • Provide operational/governance weekly/monthly quarterly reviews for Dispatch Office impact to ensure continuous improvement in efficiency, effectiveness, and overall integration with the markets.
  • Drive Dispatch Office portion of strategic quarterly reviews for GTM CoE impact to ensure consistent methodology, capabilities, effective use of PEP assets, and 3PL usage.
  • Own comprehensive change management within Business and Supply Chain, heavily focused on dispatch, emphasizing the need for change and the role each individual plays.
  • Facilitate transition of processes from GTM CoE and served markets to all GBS hubs through partnership and planning/selling.
  • On-going review of Dispatch Office to drive agility and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in Go To Market or Sales and Commercial roles.
  • Executive communication skills: ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely.
  • Influencing skills to gain alignment.
  • Previous experience as a people leader is a plus.
  • Ability to provide superior customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and customer management skills.
  • Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities, and plan.
  • Analytical skill to link strategies and objectives together to develop a plan.
