Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure Sales Growth in Mexico by delivering exceptional customer experiences across all stores in the country.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate the performance of Regional and Store Managers, utilizing available reports to set clear objectives aligned with Lovisa directives and benchmarks.
• Foster open communication through morning calls, written action plans, LOLA notices, and one-on-one meetings to coach and develop the team.
• Recruit passionate and customer-focused team members to develop a succession plan through Lovisa.
• Minimize unnecessary costs and reduce internal and external shrinkage by ensuring Store Managers and Team adhere to the Lovisa Security Manual and Loss Prevention best practices.
