Job Description: Customer Sales Representative Professional

The CSR Professional will develop, manage, and deliver support services to our sales force, including creation and confirmation of orders, direct customer contact, reconciliation orders, warehouse review, and invoicing.

This full-time position reports to the Head of Commercial Management NAM and requires domestic and international travel with approximately 5% travel time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist sales teams with sales reporting and process orders from customers, resolving complaints.
  • Advise customers on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, and other relevant information.
  • Act as liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments.
  • Select, manage, and train on sales-related systems and databases.
  • Assist sales teams with individual account and sales territory planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required; French is a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly, understand business systems, and adapt to urgent requirements.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically basic Excel skills – data entry, reports, and creating spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge in SAP.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
