Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Distinguished Technical Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our sales engine, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to the sales team, executing great demos, managing proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and building key relationships with customers.
About You
To succeed in this role, you need to be an ambitious, confident, and self-motivated individual with previous experience as a Solution Engineer or another technical customer-facing role. You should have a strong desire to grow professionally, adapt to an ever-changing environment, and be coachable.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include evangelizing Dynatrace's product offerings during international trade shows and at key customer account meetings, partnering with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities, participating in PoC creation and cloud architecture discussions, presenting on-stage demonstrations, and gathering feedback from customers to improve our market share.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience, 3 years of experience within the observability space, and expertise in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with programming/scripting side technologies, operating systems, DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and automation tools is also required.
