Sales Account Executive Team Lead German Market

At Factorial, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive Team Lead to spearhead our sales efforts in the DACH regions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Sales Account Executives, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Take ownership of managing Sales-qualified deals and enhancing the customer experience, particularly in the execution of the sales cycle for our Expenses functionality.
- Develop innovative account plans and strategies to surpass sales quotas, employing creative and consultative selling techniques.
- Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide accurate forecasts of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of closing B2B sales within SaaS-based companies or digital transformation environments.
- Experience leading a team of Account Executives and managing people.
- Adept skills in data analysis and commercial strategy development.
- Excel as a communicator, quickly establishing rapport and empathizing with individuals.
- Proactively generate and champion new ideas, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
- Exhibit full ownership and accountability for all activities undertaken.
- You speak German as native and excellent level of English.
