">In this role, you will analyze market dynamics and customer needs to develop actionable plans that maximize sales growth. You'll collaborate with customers to align and negotiate commercial plans across Convenience, Distributors, and Modern Trade.
">You will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution at the point of sale (POS) in your assigned territory, adhering to the commercial plan and established procedures (KWOW). You'll provide valuable insights on category performance and shopper behavior, helping us enhance our strategies.
">This role requires +2 years of business experience within CPG Companies and specific experience managing field sales and third-party merchandising.
