We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Sur. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, providing solutions and guidance to resolve technical issues.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including features and functionalities.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support capacity.
