**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Latin America. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the region, ensuring their success with our language learning platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges, and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENT's impact.
- Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
- Be a growth driver, by identifying upsell opportunities.
- Collect feedback and analyze the learners' experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution.
- Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance, and recommendations to optimize clients' training performance.
Requirements:
- Passion for Customer Success
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization and adapt easily to change
- Organized, methodical, and able to adapt as the projects are varied
- Good analytical skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent follow-up to meet customer expectations
- Committed team player who values diversity and knowledge sharing in a fast, growing, and respectful work environment
- Professional level of English to communicate easily with our international teams
