Key Responsibilities- Respond, troubleshoot, and resolve alerts and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Act as an escalation point for productive issues, providing expert-level support and guidance to our teams.
- Follow change management processes during service request execution, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities to streamline standard operating procedures through automation, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues, leveraging your expertise in SAP technologies and non-NetWeaver technologies.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technologies Management.
- Solid knowledge of SAP Technologies, with NetWeaver certification highly beneficial.
- Experience in at least one non-NetWeaver technology, such as BOBJ, SAP Mobile, Convergent Charging, OpenText, HANA XSA, etc.
- Strong capabilities in technical documentation, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
- Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent and proactive way, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
- Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Very good communication and networking skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Very good English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
- 12+ years' experience as a Technical SAP NetWeaver (ABAP and Java Basis administration) and/or non-NetWeaver engineer on L3 or higher-level operations/support teams.
- Strong working knowledge in Linux and Windows operating system platforms.
- Strong working knowledge in HANA, Sybase ASE, and/or other Database management systems.
- Strong working knowledge managing technical documentation.
