About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Technology Services Senior Specialist to join our Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the 24x7 availability of SAP systems running in SAP ECS, troubleshooting and resolving alerts and incidents, and serving as an escalation point for productive issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the availability and performance of SAP systems in SAP ECS
  • Troubleshoot and resolve alerts and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Act as an escalation point for productive issues and provide technical guidance to junior team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technologies Management
  • Solid know-how on SAP Technologies, including SAP NetWeaver certification
  • Experience in at least one non-NetWeaver technology, such as BOBJ, SAP Mobile, Convergent Charging, OpenText, HANA XSA, etc.
  • Strong capabilities in technical documentation and communication
  • Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent and proactive way
  • Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking
  • Very good communication and networking skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Very good English language skills
