**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Gtm Enablement Coordinator, Messaging to develop and manage sales, CS, partner, and marketing collateral, focusing on aligning messaging across GTM functions. This role will play a critical part in equipping our teams with the necessary tools and training to effectively communicate our value proposition.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and disseminate training materials and sales enablement collateral that reflect our company's value proposition.* Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into Fundraise Up's ecosystem.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create onboarding resources, documentation, and training materials.* Coordinate with GTM teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.* Develop training programs that include sales methodologies such as Challenger Sale and Solution Selling.* Track and measure the effectiveness of the enablement initiatives to continuously refine strategies.* Collaborate with reps to showcase the value proposition of new features and drive product adoption.* Steer the development of standardized value proposition, positioning, motion, and acumen trainings based on a deep understanding of the customer and the market.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Experience in GTM functions with a solid understanding of marketing, channel, sales, and success processes and methodologies.* Proven ability in content creation and training program development.* Strong project management and interpersonal skills.* Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
