About the Role

Fever is a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, and we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative approaches to scaling our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Growth Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the market, leveraging your expertise in business development and partnership management.
  • Manage Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with large partners to ensure value creation for both parties and establish sustainable strategic partnerships between Fever and event organizers.
  • Cultivate Business Relationships: Build and maintain deep business relationships with key stakeholders in the entertainment industry, including producers, creators, venues, and event organizers.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to effectively balance and grow a large base of clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on partner growth across Mexico and internationally.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the entertainment industry, positioning yourself as an expert in new and emerging experiences.
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record in top-tier consulting or equivalent experience. You should possess:

  • Business Development and Partnership Management Skills: Proven ability to develop and deliver growth strategies, manage commercial partnerships, and cultivate business relationships.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment with a self-starter mentality.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Demonstrated ability to approach business and task prioritization with a data-driven mindset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Comfort working with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and a Sales CRM (Sugar CRM preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the city's entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends.
