Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, hoteliers, and travel industry partners to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver tailored sales solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the travel industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
