Ria, a leading money transfer company, is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to our agents, ensuring the smooth operation of our web system.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical software issues presented by agents to guarantee the operability of the web system.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls and chats, providing top-notch customer service related to web support assistance.
- Create and manage user accounts, assign permissions, and perform PC approvals and registrations.
- Provide remote connection assistance, report errors, and review computer systems to ensure requirements verification.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience in customer service and technical support.
- Knowledge of the Office Pack and ability to learn new software.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and patience with clients.
