We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Wipro Limited. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving, maintaining, and managing client software, hardware, and network-related issues. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely response to all tickets raised by clients, while maintaining quality parameters and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely response to all tickets raised by clients
- Maintain quality parameters and client satisfaction
- Perform root cause analysis of tickets and create an action plan to resolve problems
- Provide acceptance and immediate resolution to high-priority tickets
- Install and configure software and hardware requirements based on service requests
- Adhere to SLA timelines and manage client expectations
