Major Incident Manager, Enterprise Cloud Services, SAP

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Major Incident Manager to join our Enterprise Cloud Services team at SAP. As a Major Incident Manager, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical incidents that impact our customers' business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex technical incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on customers' business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support, engineering, and management, to resolve incidents
- Develop and maintain incident management processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders during incidents
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in a technical leadership or management role
- Proven track record of managing and resolving complex technical incidents
- Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
