Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Major Incident Manager to join our Enterprise Cloud Services team. As a Major Incident Manager, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical issues that impact our customers and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues that impact our customers and business operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes of incidents
  • Develop and implement incident management processes and procedures to ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage and resolve incidents
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our incident management processes and procedures are aligned with best practices

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on incident management and technical support
  • Proven track record of managing and resolving complex technical issues
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on cloud computing and enterprise software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve root causes of incidents
